Smiley baby E |Lexington KY newborn photographer|
What a happy and beautiful newborn. It’s usually hard to capture the personality at a newborn session, but baby E had plenty to share – and lots of smiles to show the world. She’s too advanced for her 4 week age – her gaze and eye contact with me was just amazing. To say I was smitten is understatement.
S & C – thanks for inviting me to your lovely home! I hope you enjoy your sneak

8 days old baby N |Lexington KY newborn photographer|
What a teeny tiny precious little girl. A proud big brother who is ready to read to her, play with her and I take care of her. Parents overjoyed and full of love. It’s an honor to document this little miracle in her first week in this world. Can you believe her hair!?!! She’ll have pigtail by 6 weeks…love it!
Congrats, C & M! Hope you enjoy the preview…

2 |Lexington KY twin photographer|
What a fun session! I had not seen B & K for almost a year – and they have grown so much! A few words and wobbly walks became non-stop talk, and running circles around me. Both have the cutest curly ‘dos, the bluest eyes and are hands down the best dressed two year olds. I love it when clients have a vision for their photos, and we are on the same wavelength. I just fell in love with the location that their mom had scoped out, right around the corner from their house. It was cold, but so worth it – and of course the twins complained when it was time to go back inside. Who doesn’t like playing in the snow!?!!

beautiful baby G |Lexington KY children photographer|
This was my 5th session with this little beauty, if you count her in-belly session, and it’s just as fun as usual. She had her own agenda which consisted of playing, playing and more playing. I couldn’t ask for me. I love capturing babies doing the things they love, playing with, or in this case loving/hugging/kissing, their favorite toys – so cute. I still can’t believe baby G is one, and I am thankful I’ve had the pleasure of documenting her first year! Happy birthday…and many more
S & B – thanks for having me over at your place! Hope you enjoy this little peek…

Baby E + siblings |Lexington KY newborn and family photographer|
This was an extra special session for me. Almost exactly 2 years ago, I was honored to capture baby A…my first ever newborn. Two years later, she’s a vibrant little girl, who, along with her big brothers, welcomed a new baby sister. It’s even more special that we are all close friends. My girls light up when it’s time to visit…and all their teddies have now been appropriately named after the newest addition (middle name and all).
I thought it was going to be a challenge to get all 4 kids to look at me, especially a newborn – and I would have settled for 3 out of 4. But they all cooperated soooo well, I actually had many to choose from!
I can go on and on, but I know most are skipping over to the photos…so here they are:

Almost ONE! |Georgetown, KY children’s photographer |
Where do I begin with C’s session? My first “bug cycle” graduate! This was our third session, and in a few short months he went from being a reserved barely-sitting baby to a walking, tooth-ful grinning ham (I will not call him a toddler – won’t do that to mom
). He is soooo cute, full of expressions and affection. I even got a couple of hugs, which just melted my heart…I wanted to take him home with me.

8 month old baby L |Lexington, KY baby photographer|
This sneak is over-due…I’ve had some machine problems and was put on stand-still until my replacement came in. I am still not 100% where I was, but at least I can get some work done.
Baby L is easy going, happy, and oh so pretty! Her grunts kept us all laughing throughout the session. She’s grown so much since our session last fall: she’s got some pretty pearly whites, added solids to her expanding menu, and is on the go, crawling all over the place. I can already tell her one year session is going to be a blast, but I’ll need some tennis shoes to keep up with her
She’s a pleasure to work with, and you can just tell there’s so much love in her precious family.
ETA: 25+ comments and I’ll throw in a free 5×7 for this cutie pie
